CCAQ Team,
Last weekend, 16 of our swimmers attended the Elite Last Ditch
Meet in hopes of achieving their final JO Cuts. Their coach
challenged them last week to 3 individual JO cuts imagine how proud
their coach was when the challenged was more than doubled in
individual JO cuts and 2 JO Relay cuts. In addition, to consistent
time tops across the board !!!!!
Our 10&Under Girls, Cassidy McCarthy, Riley Smith, Jordyn
Nelson and Sarah Aladross achieved their JO Cut in
BOTH the Free and Medley Relays. Go Girls
!!! Dropping 7 seconds in the 200 Free Relay.
Indivdual JO Cuts
Cassidy McCarthy accomplished her JO cut in the
50 Fly
Jordyn Nelson was on fire and obtained JO Cuts
in the 100 Back, 100 Free, and the 50 Breast
Riley Smith received her JO cut in the
100 Breast
Special mention goes out to Riley, coach
has noticed Riley's time for the leg of the 50 breast in the medley
relay was 43.74, 5/100th off a SCSRT of 43.79
Sarah Aladross received JO cuts in the
100 Free and the 50 Free
Jace Hong received his JO cut in the 50 Free
