The La Jolla Rough Water swim is a CCAQ tradition. We encourage anyone interested to join in this 80th anniversary of the La Jolla Rough Water Swim. Swimmers range in age from 8 & under’s to over 65. Yes, parents can swim too! 12 & under swimmers swim an ocean course of approximately 250 yards. 13 and up swim a mile course and for the really adventurous, the gatorman swim is 3 miles! 

Be sure to register on time. While there are late registrations, the cost goes up the longer you wait. Check www.ljrws.com for more information. Use the registration form from this site, and mark CCAQ as your team.

This is not a USA Swimming sanctioned meet, and registration is handled differently. Please use the attached .pdf form to enter the meet. Make sure you identify CCAQ as your team so that we get team points for all the swims.
